Dine Academy is a social enterprise and passionate team of hospitality & tourism professionals with a mission to
Delight, Inspire, Nourish and Enrich the lives and careers of our Youth, so they are empowered to become the industry leaders of tomorrow.

 

 The DINE Academy offers senior high school students, community groups, vulnerable youth and long term unemployed jobseekers a
pre-employment training programme that starts as a ‘boot-camp’ run over one week.  The intensive week long bootcamp involves hands on practical training within the commercial workplace of a local Stadium or hospitality venue and culminates with the trainees preparing to
‘go live’ onto a shift at the stadium corporate food & beverage departments.

 

 This is a win-win innovative initiative for our youth, schools, families, industry, communities and society as we engage and nurture youth into the culture of hospitality, food, people, events and helping others.
