Dine Academy is a passionate team of hospitality & tourism industry mentors on a mission to Delight, Inspire, Nourish and Enrich the lives and careers of young people.  We ignite their inner confidence, while developing industry & people skills, networks, career options and hope, for their futures. 

 

Established as an independent voluntary initiative in 2009, DINE is an emerging social enterprise and charitable trust  committed to innovative and engaging solutions for youth development and well-being, while nurturing a talent pool of work ready teens with genuine industry experience and jobs! 

 

Our signature culinary and customer service pre-employment training programmes, are embedded within the hospitality, tourism and event venues in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.  

 

DINE partners with schools, communities and industry partners to develop, mentor and prepare teens for their first chapter of employment while in or beyond their senior years of high school.  As with any lifetime membership and passion, DINE graduates are forever connected and welcomed back for ongoing mentoring and to share pathway trails and career updates with new industry explorers.
